She loves the practical collaborative world, seeks to understand trends based on consumer expectations, and is passionate about Brazilian Popular Music (MPB), Coke Zero, and cocker spaniels.
A physiotherapist and advertising professional, she has been working in the field of planning and data analysis for over 25 years, with experiences in Curitiba, Miami, Salvador, and São Paulo. She has been coordinating Hibou since 2007 with this perspective on the consumer and their correlations when it comes to buying.

Marcelo Beccaro

Partner/CTO

Curious and inquisitive, he seeks to correlate information both within and outside the professional realm. An engineer by training and a polymath by passion, he incorporates statistics, BI, AI, and Human Sciences into his analyses, generating insights that allow for an understanding spanning from the macro to the micro level of the analyzed universe. He loves literature, fiction, comics, and games.
With over 20 years of professional experience, he has coordinated the programming and validation of the proprietary models used at Hibou for brand equity, employee behavior, consumer perception, and behavioral economics frameworks.
